Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the NotMe mobile application and related website.

Important: These terms are a practical launch draft and should be reviewed before public release once the legal operating entity, subscription terms, governing law, and final app functionality are confirmed.

1. Using NotMe

You may use NotMe only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add and for maintaining appropriate access to your account and devices.

2. Reminder limitations

NotMe is an organizational and reminder tool. You remain responsible for checking expiry dates, legal deadlines, renewal requirements, travel requirements, regulatory obligations, and other important information directly with the relevant authority or provider.

3. No professional advice

NotMe does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, regulatory, or other professional advice. Information detected or suggested by automated or AI-assisted features should be reviewed by you before relying on it.

4. Accounts

If account features are available, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your content

You retain your rights in content you add to NotMe. You grant the service the limited rights necessary to process that content solely to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

If NotMe offers paid plans, prices and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management may be handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider according to their applicable terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful content, or use NotMe in a way that violates another person's rights.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep NotMe reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, NotMe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NotMe and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination

You may stop using NotMe at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as NotMe develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, through an additional notice.
