Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how NotMe handles information when you use the NotMe mobile application and related website.
1. Information you provide
Depending on how you use NotMe, you may provide account information, document-related details, dates, reminder preferences, images, files, or other content that you choose to add to the app.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to provide core app functions, save and organize your entries, schedule reminders, support account features, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and protect the service from misuse.
3. Device permissions
NotMe may request access to features such as the camera, photo or file library, and notifications when needed for functions you choose to use. You can manage these permissions through your device settings.
4. AI-assisted processing
If you use an AI-assisted scanning or extraction feature, selected content may be processed by a third-party AI service to identify relevant information. NotMe should only send information required to perform the requested feature.
5. Account and cloud services
NotMe may use third-party infrastructure for authentication, storage, backup, payments, notifications, or related service functions. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Payments
If paid subscriptions are offered, purchases are generally processed by the relevant app store and/or subscription infrastructure provider. NotMe does not need to receive your full payment-card details from the app store.
7. Data retention and deletion
Information is retained only as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Where an account-deletion feature is available, users may request deletion through the app or by contacting support.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
NotMe is not intended for children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
10. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for such transfers.
11. Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. Contact us to make a privacy request.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The updated date above will be revised when changes are published.
